We at imperial operate a gaming and sportsbook platform available in supported jurisdictions only. This notice sets out the legal framework under which we deliver our service, including account eligibility, jurisdiction restrictions, and your responsibilities as a user.
Our platform accepts deposits via DANA, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet, and bank transfers (mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet). Access to imperial is restricted by geography and local law.
Users are responsible for verifying that their access to and use of imperial comply with the laws and regulations of their own jurisdiction. We do not offer our services in jurisdictions where online wagering is prohibited by local law.
Service Availability on imperial
We operate imperial only in jurisdictions where the applicable laws permit online gaming and sports wagering. Our services are not available to users in restricted territories. If you attempt to access imperial from a blocked jurisdiction, your account will be deactivated and any remaining funds will be returned to your registered payment method (DANA, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet, or bank account).
We determine jurisdiction eligibility by IP address, device location, account registration address, and payment method origin. If our systems detect a mismatch between your stated location and your actual access point, we may suspend your account pending verification. Users based in Jakarta, Surabaya, Bandung, Medan, or Semarang must confirm that their local law permits access to imperial before registering.

We do not offer imperial services in jurisdictions where online wagering is prohibited. Users are responsible for knowing their local law.
Account Eligibility on imperial
To create an account on imperial, you must be of legal age in your jurisdiction and have the legal capacity to enter into contracts. You may not register if you are under the age specified by your local law, or if you are prohibited by court order, law, or regulatory action from accessing gaming services.
During registration, we collect your email, phone number, and full name. During account verification, we request a government-issued ID (national ID card, passport, or driving licence) to confirm your identity and comply with anti-money-laundering (AML) rules. We do not process account activation until verification is complete.
You may not hold multiple accounts on imperial. If we detect duplicate registrations associated with the same individual, payment method, device, or IP address, we will merge or close the duplicate accounts. Funds in closed accounts will be forfeited unless we determine the duplicate was made in error.
Your Responsibility on imperial
By accessing imperial, you confirm that you have read this notice, you understand the jurisdiction restrictions, and you represent that your use of our platform complies with the laws of your own jurisdiction. We make no representation about imperial's legality in your location. You are solely responsible for determining whether access to and use of imperial is lawful where you live.
You agree to indemnify imperial against any claims, fines, or legal costs arising from your breach of local law. If any government authority requests that we restrict or terminate your account, we will comply without liability to you. We reserve the right to close any account at any time if we suspect breach of this notice or local regulation.
Data Protection and Privacy on imperial
We collect and process your personal data—including name, contact details, identification documents, payment method information, and betting activity—to deliver imperial services, verify your identity, prevent fraud, and comply with law. Your data may be stored on servers outside your jurisdiction. We apply industry-standard encryption to protect sensitive information, but we do not guarantee absolute security. By using imperial, you consent to the transfer and processing of your data across borders as needed to operate our service.

- Account verification
- We require government ID documents to verify identity and comply with AML regulations. Documents are kept only as long as necessary for compliance.
- Data retention
- We retain account and transaction data for seven years minimum to satisfy tax and regulatory obligations.
